SHIPPING POLICY
You will receive a confirmation email notification from our team once your order has been accepted. Please allow at least 72 hours for your order to be processed for shipping. It may take additional time to process orders made on weekends and around holidays. Understand that there may be potential delays in shipping times due to high order volumes or issues outside of Artsy Cannabis Co.’s control. Artsy Cannabis Co. makes every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. You will receive another email notification with a tracking number when your order has been shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for our carrier to update your shipments’ tracking status.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipments to addresses within the continental United States typically arrive 3-5 business days after your order has been shipped. Please note that many carriers may experience delays in shipping times due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. If you would like to exchange a product that you purchased, we can ship you new products of the same or lesser value. If you requested a product of lesser value than your original purchase, we will refund you the difference to the method of payment used for your original purpose. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@artsycannabis.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
